Great place

Always have great service with rooms 2 go. Always on time. Promises made are promises kept unlike other furniture stores.

Our store sales woman couldn't have…

Our store sales woman couldn't have been nicer. We weren't allowed to use a credit card over the phone. We were allowed to enter the same info via our computer. I don't see the difference. Took two tries to do the later. Good employee, bad sales approach by company.

Delivered Stained Furniture

Delivery driver took photos and submitted his report that furniture had stains. Store ignores submission and refuses to send cleaning service.

One star is as low of a review as I can…

One star is as low of a review as I can give. DO NOT waste your time or money buying from this company. AND IF you decide to do it any way DO NOT buy extended warrenty cause its a JOKE. They dropped my sofa off the truck when delivered in 2018. I notified Rooms to go and also wrote it on my form. Today i notified them that the recliner was dragging. They said I had to go through the extended warrenty I purchased to make a claim.THEN they informed me that because Rooms to go dropped my sofa and I notified them that VOIDED my extended warrenty . I am out the money for the warrenty because they will NOT cover this issue. They said rooms to go SHOULD have informed me that any claims had to be made in one year. WELL it didnt break until AFTER one year. They STILL will not cover it. Rooms to go's warrenty company is a big rip off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I BEING WAITING FOR OUR DELIVER MORE THAN 30 DAYS TODAY WHEN THE DELIVER ARRIVED WAS INCOMPLED VERY UN PROFESIONAL ..AND BAD CUSTUMER SERVICES ..... WE CALLED THEM ...WE GOT A RUDE ANSWER ,,DONT KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE COMPLETED.

We bought a dining set as in fkoor…

We bought a dining set as in fkoor model we were suppose to get it on monday may 3 2021 i called and i was on the phone on hold for 1 1/2 hour no anwer it was frustruating i purchase bedroom set and loose pieces totaling 6,000 i want it to cancel my purchase but it was mire than 3 days

Extended Warranty

Rooms to go does not back their warranty. Never buy anything with electrical units.
My couch electrical unit caught on fire and burned my couch.
They are refusing to replace due to their faulty electrical components.
Thank God my house didnt catch on fire and all I have left is a couch with a burn mark.
Dont buy their products!

Perhaps the worst shopping experience…

Perhaps the worst shopping experience for furniture ever? Beat up furniture, no return policy, no refund policy. If they get it off the truck and its in your home, you had better find any defects before they leave, otherwise, its yours. Sorry. That alone should have made me leave the store!!! They obviously do not stand behind their product. Other stores I have visited give you three days to return, minus delivery charge of course. It has been six months and I have yet to have a complete bedroom set delivered without being beat up or scratched. Every single piece was delivered in horrible shape and they said they would replace the pieces that were bad. Problem is, the replacement pieces were in no better shape, a couple of them even worse. Even a repair person was sent out to "fix" the wood that was damaged and he said it would be easier just to get a new piece. Now waiting on my third chest of drawers which will be another month or more for delivery. Remember, this has been a six month process!!!! This set was a nice set in the store, apparently the only nice set in the United States. The price seemed fairly good, a little less than other furniture companies. However, I would have rather paid 2 thousand dollars more for furniture than put up with this non-sense. And after doing additional shopping for the remainder of our house I came to realize rooms to go is cheap and their products are cheap (at least the stuff I have). I now feel like I have shopped at a thrift store compared to other places. You get what you pay for I guess. I should have not skimped just because I saved a few hundred bucks. And I am sick and tired of hearing the virus excuse as well, that just adds to the I have had enough meter! Do yourself a huge favor, pay the little extra, get good furniture somewhere else. After visiting other places with a nice showroom and nice presentation, I knew I had made a mistake with rooms to go. I will, without a doubt, replace the stuff I purchased from them since I now feel like what I have will fall apart anyway.
